Who we are
killermission is published by Silver Lining Cloud ("we"). Contact: remybrillet@gmail.com.
Data we collect
Organizers: email address and a hashed password. Players: a name chosen for the game, a 4-digit PIN, and the email address given when joining. Game data: targets, missions, eliminations.
Why
Only to run the game: show each player their target and mission, let them log back in, and send transactional emails about the game (personal link, game start, elimination, new mission, results). We never send newsletters or marketing emails, and never sell or share your data.
How long
Player email addresses are erased 30 days after the end of the game. Games and players are deleted 90 days after the end of the game (or after 90 days without activity). We keep anonymous counters only.
Marketing (with your consent)
If you tick the box when signing up, your email address is kept to suggest organizing your own game (2 emails a year at most). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Without any activity from you, the address is deleted after 3 years.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
The site's public pages (home, occasion guides, legal pages) show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure these ads and, with your consent collected by the consent banner, to personalize them. No ads or ad trackers on game screens or in the organizer area. Learn more and manage your choices: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads Our other cookies are strictly necessary: your organizer session and your player session for each game. Anonymous, cookieless audience measurement: page views, language, device type and referring site, with a non-reversible fingerprint that changes every day (your IP is not stored). Kept for 13 months.
Processors
Hosting: Hostinger (server in Ireland, European Union). Email delivery: Resend (sending servers in Ireland). Notifications to the service operator: Discord (game names and, on eliminations, the players' names; never emails).
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to remybrillet@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
