Terms of use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
The service
killermission (killermission.com) helps you run a real-life Killer (assassin) game: an organizer creates a game, players join from their phone and get a secret target and mission. The service is free and needs no app. Using it means you accept these terms.
Accounts
Organizers create an account with an email address and a password they keep confidential. Players have no account: they join a game with a name, an email and an automatically generated PIN. You agree to give accurate information and not to impersonate anyone.
Fair play and safety
The game is played between consenting people, with respect for everyone. Missions must stay safe, legal and respectful: no danger, no unwanted physical contact, no humiliation, no pressure to drink. Every player may refuse a mission. The organizer is responsible for the event, for the choice of missions (including the ones they write) and for adapting them to the audience, especially when minors take part.
User content
Game names, player names and custom missions are published under their authors' responsibility. They must not contain anything unlawful, insulting, discriminatory or infringing third-party rights. We may remove any content or game that breaks these rules, on simple notice to the contact address.
Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors (for example an email not received). Finished games and their data are deleted after the periods given in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service provides a game tool; it does not organize events. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from how a game unfolds, the participants' behavior or the carrying out of missions, nor for an interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Advertising
The site's public pages may show ads (Google AdSense). Game screens and the organizer area do not.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, texts and mission catalog are protected. You may print the posters and cards generated for your own games; any other reproduction requires our consent.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first at remybrillet@gmail.com to find an amicable solution.
